All About Town
Los Angeles is the second-largest city in the United States, with a diverse population representing approximately 140 countries and more than 65 different languages. It boasts great weather with low humidity and little rain. In July, Southern California averages temperatures in the low 60s to mid 80s.

Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world, provides a vast array of activities and attractions. Relax on the beach--Loyola Marymount University is just steps away from the Pacific Ocean--or visit Venice Beach, which features an impromptu street carnival. Take advantage of myriad tourist attractions including Disneyland, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Sign, and the Walk of Fame, or watch a Dodgers' game or a live television show taping. To learn more, visit the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau.
